This place runs on incompetence. MassHire needs to stop working with 3rd party companies like JVS if they can't even provide the basics for state funded programs that MassHire offers. I didn't know that I was being handed off to JVS when I signed up for the MassHire Automotive program. A JVS representative that had scheduled a meeting with me didn't show up for the meeting.
a joke. unprofessional. my career coach had no social skills. made me feel worthless. i will not have my character disrespected. don’t apply here unless you want to wait 3 months for a job that isn’t even happening. i would name drop but i’m not that petty…
JVS is totally disorganized and unreliable. I was quickly given an intake interview and was told that I would be accepted into a certain program. I waited for a phone call from someone to simply just set up an appointment to discuss further on how they could help me. I was called from a number that came up as a scam number. Once I listened to the message it was JVS telling me they would call again the next day they were open. No one called me for days and I kept calling and emailing (this was after I got an email that they closed my account) only to have the original person I was working with make me feel like I was annoying them. I asked them to email me because my phone is very unreliable for communication and was assured I would be emailed. I received a text that said, "Sorry we missed you again," and never received an email. The guy finally calls (yup, calls) me and tells me he called the wrong number (what, no you didn't) and tells me that I don't qualify for the program. They set me up with a meeting the next week to enroll in SNAP so I could enroll in the other program and the person never even showed up AND the original guy never emailed me the documents I was supposed to sign. I emailed again, and again stated emailing is the best way to get ahold of me and they still called first (eventually emailing). I now have to have an appointment with SNAP on top of everything else I have going on (I'm post-surgery) and they're providing no help to me in the meantime.
You'd be better off doing things on your own, this place is a waste of time and resources.
Hey everyone the star which i give you is fare.Sorry for my English mistakes.this company is not serious.it is my personal opinion.
5 years ago I asked them for help finding a job. I don't want to prolong. I have been to this address and to the different addresses they gave me many times. but they did nothing. I got parking tickets while I was there 😞 and I didn't have money to pay. But now, thank God, I have a Business and 10 employees by working myself with the help of God. Now i'm buying a my second home. Good luck everyone.
Received so much support to guide me to success!!!!
Excellent..but some things here are more expensive than other places
Horrible! I applied for cna program, after going through interview process and waiting for simple responses from “ recruiter” , I had to chase down and call them and continually ask them is there anything else they need, then they asked for extremely specific routines on how I would get to classes and eta and when I asked what was the purpose for this, they just kept saying it’s a part of their enrollment process then said SHE didn’t feel as if I qualified for the program which felt discriminatory against me being a mom. Then I called their supervisor to get some more clarity on why they needed such specific and invasive information and they just kept repeating the same thing. Just go somewhere else because they don’t want to loose their pipeline contract with Spaulding if you don’t give them invasive information.
